Refund policy

At Global Good Finds, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at fglobalgood.gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Sale items, personalised products, and hygiene-related items are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
